Nagpur’s Waldorf Inspired School, with its inception, is offering Nursery and Kindergarten programs for the group of children from two years to six years. With succeeding years, NWIS aims to introduce Waldorf Education till the seventh grade. The Waldorf children will then move to our ICSE School at Katol Road to complete their high school. Thus it is an integrated program till the 10th grade.
Waldorf School has a philosophy which cultivates the child's deep, inborn natural attitude, belief and trust in and basic reverence for the world as an interesting and good place to live in.

1. WHY WOULD I CHOOSE TO SEND MY CHILD TO A WALDORF SCHOOL?

2. WHY ARE CHILDREN IN WALDORF SCHOOLS TAUGHT READING LATER?
Regardless of the capacity of a child we defer formal reading until the child has reached Grade 1. This allows a child to defer abstract training until their change of teeth, and so enjoy the immersive, dreamy world of early childhood. A simple yet rich range of experiences without academic stimulation strengthens children’s well being and provides a strong foundation for physical health, future work and future thinking.
